“My name is Cynthia Denny and I am a resident of Cresswind Peachtree City. I recently began training with Daniel Price in our very own Cresswind gym. I was a little skeptical of working with a personal trainer, but immediately felt at ease when I met Daniel prior to my first session for an assessment. We talked about what my expected outcome for personal training looks like for me, what types of physical movements I enjoy or do not enjoy, if I have any physical limitations or past injuries that would inhibit my movement or cause stress in any way, and an added plus was that we just got to know each other. I felt like he listened to all I had to say and answered all my questions with knowledge and ease. When I began my training on January 13th, I was amazed at how comfortable I felt working with Daniel. This was very different from how I have felt in a gym situation in the past. I immediately learned that he has much knowledge of the human body’s muscles and physical exercise to achieve my goals. He created a specific program for me that included all of the areas I wanted to strengthen, and he also helped me with stretching exercises for the muscles in my body that have become restricted during my 46 years of working sitting at a desk. He is very attentive to correct form during the session to avoid injury and is always able to adjust or change the process for my personal needs and strength. After just 2 weeks of meeting twice weekly, I already feel confident and stronger. When I complete my sessions, I leave feeling like I am becoming the person physically that I would like to become, and I look forward to my next session. I intend to have many more sessions with Daniel and I’m already cataloging in my head what my next steps will be after I meet my present goals. “At my first session with Daniel, he took time to find out about me personally and my needs. Having just had a serious heart procedure in late November (but now medically cleared by my cardiologist), I wanted to take back the control of my own physical conditioning and improve my overall health. Daniel asked specific questions about heart rate, over all medical questions, medications, etc. I knew at this point that he was extremely well educated in training and health conditions. He works with me at each session to help me gain endurance, balance, and muscle strength.

2. I would recommend Daniel to anyone; but especially to anyone who may have or have had specific medical conditions. I was afraid that I was just too old to begin this, but Daniel has worked to show me that I can do this!

3. I feel more confident now that i can regain my body strength, improve my balance and overall well being. I have even started going up to the gym to use the machines on my own!

8. I was not intimidated by weights before I started working with Daniel, but i was not using them quite correctly. He works very hard to show you the correct ways to use the weights in order to get the most benefit. He devotes his time all to you during your session and is constantly helping you get the most from each machine or exercise.

“Before we started our first session we discussed my workout experiences in the past. Daniel put together a customized workout plan together that concentrates on my goals. In the month that we started working together I have seen vast improvements on my strength, balance and muscle improvement. Daniel always makes me feel comfortable even when I may do something incorrectly, LOL! Knowing that we are working together to achieve my goals makes me want to take better care of myself overall. During our first few sessions we used muscles that I haven't used in years, and I felt it. But it made me feel good and excited for our next session. Working with him has definitely forced me to be more disciplined with my morning routine! Then after our workouts, I want to take care of myself throughout the day. BUT, if I do have a bad day and over indulge, he always says "don't beat yourself up, shake it off and let's go! Anyone that can should take advantage of your offer to train them for one session; they will be hooked! I've never been intimated with weights but I also know using them improperly could do more harm to you than good. I see so many people in the gym using weights or doing excercised incorrectly and it makes me cringe. It's just a matter of time before they hurt themselves! Hey everyone my name is Daniel Price! I am a Personal Trainer serving the Cresswind Community.
